aszFermented and aged 1,5 year in brand new gönci barrel. Miklóssy. MT TH ABV: 11,5% Residual sugar: 154 g/l, Acidity: 8,9.

Botrytised berries were individually hand-picked in several passes through the vineyards, mostly by me, and also selected from whole-harvested bunches on a sorting table back at home, with help from friends. Elegance, balance, longevity. 215 bottles were made.
